Inspiring Creativity Through Faith and Expression
At Lakeside Christian School, our Art Programs encourage students to explore creativity, develop skills, and express their God-given talents. We offer a variety of visual and digital arts opportunities for students in grades K–12, designed to inspire imagination, collaboration, and artistic excellence. We invite you to come visit our campus to discover how our Lions bring their creativity to life through our art programs.
Arts Philosophy
The primary goal of the Lakeside Christian School Art Programs is to help students glorify God through creative expression. Art provides a unique opportunity for students to reflect God’s beauty, truth, and creativity while developing confidence and discipline.
Through instruction, practice, and artistic mastery, students are encouraged to:
- Explore artistic techniques and creative problem-solving
- Collaborate with peers in a supportive environment
- Develop discipline, responsibility, and perseverance
- Use their talents to serve others and honor God
Dedicated Christian instructors guide students to connect artistic growth with their faith, helping them understand how creativity can be used for God’s glory both inside and outside the classroom.

Hands-On Innovation Through Creative Exploration
Explore is a kinesthetic, STEM-based enrichment class that blends art with problem-solving and design thinking. Students engage in interactive projects that encourage creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking while making learning active and memorable.
Upper School Art
